Special Order Request

Due to diversity of custom orders, we ask that you send us your request via email to HaddoxT@CanvasPanels.com or call us at 1-800-587-5462 for more information. Please note that we typically cut special orders on Tuesdays. If you place your order before Friday, we will have your order ready to ship that following Wednesday.

PLEASE NOTE:

Through the years we’ve enjoyed working with you on your special projects and commissions. The custom sizes segment of our business has grown substantially in quantities and we are most grateful. We find that in order to make sense out of assigning personnel to these tasks we must ensure that we are being fiscally responsible in our small family-owned company.

Each custom order requires special cuts on materials plus the reprogramming of each piece of equipment throughout the handcrafting process for each single size, making it very labor intensive. Thus, in order for this portion of our panel business to be profitable, we find that we must assign a minimum dollar amount of $250.00 to all custom orders. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you.
